These millers main aim is to enable its members to grow and prosper. They do this by providing leadership through educating the society, giving advocacy and information to its members. It also ensures prosperity and growth of the company through policy makers and also customers. They supply in areas of regulation and legislation and trade.

The millers also have goals. Their goals are mainly to promote and support efforts so as to increase the consumption and utilization of products based in maize. As part of their goal, they also promote an adequate supply of grains that are of high quality. They also ensure that all their products are safe and suitable for consumption.
